Free Shipping Offer:

 

We offer free shipping to the Continental United States and the UK on all orders over $150.

Exclusions: Free shipping excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. Additional exclusions may apply for remote areas within the UK.

 

International Shipping: 

We provide fast international shipping using FedEx.

Order processing takes approximately 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on your order total, destination, and FedEx rates.

Each shipment includes a complimentary gift-box for the belt.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

 

Damages and Loss:

 

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

General Policy:

 

We strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 20 days of receipt.

Notify us via email before returning or exchanging any items, including the original invoice and a note explaining the reason for return or exchange.

Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.

 

Custom Items:

 

Custom embroidered belts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

For Returns:

 

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, excluding shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 4-8 days after items pass our quality check and are credited to the original payment method.

 

For Exchanges:

 

Items eligible for exchange must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

No restocking fee is charged for exchanges, but a re-shipping fee will apply.
